Resently i purchise a monitronics security alarm with servise. This can be a value alarm business i ever endured! Beginning with salesman, who's the largest lier on the planet, in the biginning he informed us what initial 2 false alarms annually isn't countible (with paid authorities permit) wich we settled for. After two false alarms and statement for $598.00 they stated we shall proccess your alarm permit. Its required tham 4-month (from dec till march)

Customer support (Future) is extremely unprofessional and extremely aggrivated. After I contact them about drops alarm they explained what we pressed worry switch about the distant, (at that time off this occasion me and my spouse was about 6 kilometers away and program was disarmed!) after I call to monitronics they symply described what its can occurred. 6MILES ASIDE? Then I had been attached to a tech support team "mat" he told me what methods installing within the werehouse for some decades and battries become fragile. Quastion? Why at that time of instalation battery never replased? Today they addmit by changing my controllers, the things they have been in problem! Then why i designed to spend this statement? Or even better they explained what I've togo and attend a alarm college!? Are they count me as their imployee? If any body aggry with mee we've to complete one thing about that.
