Ip off and useless

We quit the ADT security-system for my cousin atleast 1 1/2 years back since she'd become also confused the supply and disarm it. On Christmas evening 2009 I visited check up on my cousin and discovered a sharp screech that were happening for 2 hours. The telephones didn't function so when I named ADT about the mobile phone to question them the way the alarm might be switched off, they'd no solutions except when used to donot possess the code there isnot something they might do. After I requested to talk to a boss I had been placed on hold then disconnected.

I finally ripped the ADT unti off the beaten track which ceased the terrible sound. Following day had an electrician to obtain the issue using the telephones no longer working. He unearthed that ADT had never bothered to remove the telephone range from their program. Once the battery back-up went along it established the alarm down.

My cousin can be an 80-year old lady with storage reduction; she's a Lifeline mounted on her telephone. While telephone was not operating neither was the Lifeline.
