I purchased 2 outside fluorescent safety lamps for my house previously. Neither of these will work today. They quit functioning about 3 months apart. They charge about $50 each, and an electrician set them both up. There's said to be a guarantee for them. It seems the possibly the circuit-board or indicator on both or them both has gone out. What do I have to do to obtain aid?
