My 80 year old Mother-in-law believes she entered a this contest and asked if it was legit. I Googled and found it not to be legit. She knows if you win something you do not have to pay for it but STILL wanted to know if it was fraud. I would say YES, it's fraud and how can we stop it. This is by MAIL, it should have some attention! I made copies of the letter she received. Thank GOD she isn't gullible at her age. Some ARE!
