I received a letter stating that PRIA had identified me as the recipient of unclaimed prize funds

I received a letter stating that PRIA had the legal right to inform me that I was due prize payout of $2,342, 000.00 and I was to certify my name, address, etc. If I was to receive the money.in addition I was to immediately send $20.00 to the P O Box provided as payment for their fees. I did not send any money and I am glad I did not. The federal government should do something about these scam artists and ensure the safety of all consumers, what they could and should do is lock them all up and deport those attempting to do this to us all.
