Charging me twice for a month i paid and i have a receipt showing that

I'm being charged for per month that i taken care of i've bills trigger i settled in cash plus it was not put on my account. I've been fighting and fighting to have the credit it noted in my account plus they still wont credit my account. Presently there creating a justification they have to study our transaction amount. I've been waiting for per month now but still they say i owe money. That is wrong and that i feel just like im getting cheated.
