I feel so bad that I did business with www.thefurniture.com. They totally fooled me and my family. SCAMMED US by shipping is wrong furniture, refuse to refund, trying to cash in on restocking fee worth of hundreds of dollars... And then brush us off... Zero customer service zero professionalism especially from a rude manager named samantha

i am reporting those scam artists at www.thefurniture.com to bbb and attorney general office... If they screwed you over, do same thing! Call your credit card company like i did and let them know that www.thefurniture.com won't fool you. You have one year from a day you placed an order and paid to dispute your credit card charge... So feel strong and don't be afraid of scam websites of www.thefurniture.com
