The company that is being critisized for ripping people off donated / raised 37,000.00 in 2008. Why havent the facts been taken in to consideratioon, 1,100 complaints regarding customers service in 3 years. That is less than. 03% of Us Fedelis's bussiness although important. What needs to be said is that claims are paid based asessed individual non exsisting and or Preexisiting issues. The administrator has to take some responsibility for some of the claims not paid. This sounds more like a personal issue with the BBB. The BBB is paid for nothing so when they actually find something to do they are excessive. Be negative or positive
