Fraudulent business practices!

This is a company who uses celebrity endorsements to promote and market this product. If they can pay celebrities to advertise and then rip off people left and right, we know why they can afford to pay them.
To begin with, when I ordered the product, I didn't receive it until 3 1/2 weeks later. So, conveniently,
not only did I not get my free trial in the period allowed to try and I was also sent TWO products I NEVER ORDERED.
So with the delayed shipment, I got charged for a bottle I never received in the time frame allowed to try it.
The deception of the "trial period", starting when you ORDER IT and NOT WHEN YOU RECIEVE IT,
is a deliberate and underhanded method for unjust gain.
I not only demanded my money back for the unauthorized charge of a product I DID NOT ORDER,
I wanted my refund of the "trial" product which I recieved after the "trial" period. Your customer service
representative was well versed in arguing with me, double talking and giving me a WELL TRAINED
runaround about the terms and conditions stated. Apparently they train their representatives to not
only treat their customers rudely but with utter distain.
I have looked into their company and it's practices and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau,
as well as the Law Enforcement Branch of the Government for FRAUD. I will be forwarding this
to them as well as to other legal entities. I will be including EVERY documented complaint I have found
against them, as well. Please, all of you who have been defrauded, need to do this as well. This company need to be shut down.
