Refuses to send me my scholarship money

I've received a $1,000 buck grant in my own sophomore year in senior school, and $500 bucks grant my senior year. I've been attempting to receive my grant income since sept 23. It's today feb 5 and that I still have not received my grant. I've delivered my statement and costs towards the teasurer and individuals responsible for the financing. I've been emailing and emailing type time to time requesting my schlarship the somehow WOn't provide me what I've gained. I've provided both my cell and house telephone number, plus they could not actually contact these figures! I'm still looking to get the money however this type of person not providing me my grant money. I'm currently in my own freshman year at university which cash was the one thing that I rely on using the trouble of having chosen to get a work in my own region. I'm having concerns baout trying to get scholarships... in my opinion I've been baboozled!
