Hacked into my mail account

Please be aware a deceptive e-mail went requesting cash to be delivered via european marriage in birmingham to somebody at 171 Kensington High St., London NW8 7LB under my name Diane Bridgeman. They experienced my mail bill that we can't today enter and delivered this fraud mail to all my connections, more than 500 people. This started on Nov. 11 and it is continuing nevertheless today, Nov. 13. I named law enforcement and named nearby european nation who have been not so useful.
