Have gone too far with new regulations!

I had been a travelling nurse this past year visiting Salem. I held my CA driver's permit and dishes. Then I chose to remain but permitted my permit to end for many foolish cause. Therefore, I rushed towards the DMV to obtain issues fixed, as my labels were likely to end at the conclusion of July (08). They delivered me packaging since their new limitations on which they are able to permit evidence of tackle simply went into effect. I'm the best tenant and also have gotten mail towards the tackle in question. They might no further take my rental contract, many email, no pay stubs. I'd to create some form of statement, approximately I imagined. Therefore, a few months later, I eventually get my vehicle statement declaration within the email (I spend online), because it was overdue in coming, and transpired the 2nd time for you to get my permit changed over... Again refused. They needed a utilitiy statement or charge card record with my title and tackle onto it. I've no charge cards anymore and all of the utlities have been in my roommate's title, as he was there before me. They claim they're attempting to remove identity theft. C'mon, DMV, you individuals are not really attempting to assist. I want a present identification to function! They've successfully marginalized me for just one error as well as their new rules are providing them with a reason not to assist people like me. What do I actually do today? They need me to consider my roommate with me to show it. He wont move, but I'll ask him. That is poor company.
