Never received table that was paid for in full

Boards By The Bay and it's owner Andrew White, agreed to make a table for my boat in February of 2026. I gave him my CC for the down payment and then the balance before shipping. There was also a "miscellaneous" charge of $249 for which he claimed identity theft. $1469 and 9 months later and still no table, with nothing but lies and deception from Mr. White. I have all the emails and CC charges if anyone doubts my claim. Check out the BBB on this company as well. All the same comments. He's a scammer and a fraud. I have filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's office a few days ago.
