Falsely Reported My Truck as Repossessed After I Returned It

WARNING - WARNING - DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I leased to buy a 2019 579 Peterbilt and had nothing but problems with the truck and the Pac Car engine. Every time I looked up I had to replace or repair sensors, parts, and the transmission, but the bottom line was I ran into some financial problems with all of the repairs and cheap loads and decided to give the truck back. I called the company, told them the situation, and told them I was going to file for bankruptcy and would bring the truck back. They said they would pick the truck up, but it took so long that I had to pay an extra month on my parking spot.
Once I got back on my feet, I tried to get financing for an older truck, and the company was ready to fund me, but Loan Mountain had put the following on my credit report (a repo for a truck on 4/25, on my PayNet credit report). The truck was not a repo - I tried to return the truck, but they said they would pick it up, which took forever, and even after I filed the bankruptcy they kept calling for payment, so I had to have my attorney call them and get them to stop harassing me.
The PayNet repo on my credit report was a vindictive, illegal move to keep me from being able to get another truck, so people, do not patronize this company - they are liars and cheats.
