Company Will Report Lies

WARNING - WARNING - DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Leased to buy a 2019 579 Peterbilt and had nothing but problems with the truck and the Pac Car engine. Every time I looked up I had to replace or repair sensors, parts and transmission but the bottom line was I ran into some financial problems with all of the repairs and cheap loads and decided to give the truck back. Called the company and told them the situation and told them I was going to file for bankruptcy and told them I will bring the truck back and was told they would pick the truck up, they took so long to pick the truck up I had to pay an extra month on my parking spot. Once I got up on my feet I tried to get financing for an older truck and the company was ready to fund me but Loan Mountain put the following on my credit report (on PayNet credit report there is a repo for a truck on 4/25). Truck was not a repo, tried to return the truck but they said they would pick it up which took forever and even after I filed the bankruptcy they kept calling for payment and had to end up having my attorney call them and have them to stop harassing me. The PayNet repo on my credit report was a vindictive illegal move to keep me from being able to get another truck so people DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS.
