Unable to use card

I am so disgusted with Vanilla Cards. I received a $75 card as a gift but find it extremely difficult to use. I attempted to use the card at IHOP and was told it wouldn't work. I attempted unsuccessfully to obtain my balance on their website, and after putting in all the information, there were screens requiring me to complete 3 puzzles: pick the two objects that can be locked and unlocked and find a missing piece that would help a cat return home. Are you kidding me? What is the purpose of this?

After I solved the puzzles, I was given a message that there was an error and to try again. If you call the customer service line, the recording tells you, "Your call is very important to us and will be answered within 10 to 20 minutes." I was still waiting. I gave one of these cards to my friend, and she had such a difficult time using it she almost threw it away. Never again will I give anyone these cards as a gift.
