Denied our claim

Following is the result of the claim we submitted to Choice Home Warranty:

"There is no sense in trying to ask you what you are thinking, why you feel free to treat your customer poorly, why you believe that we somehow caused this problem, or why I chose to work with you in the first place. This is just not right. Can you guess what I want? I want you to go away forever and return any money I paid for this extended warranty.

We went and bought a new washer and dryer as soon as we received your email declining our claim. They are being delivered and installed in a few hours. Watch for my review. You might not like it, but then again, you just won't care."
