This person sold me two Munchkin kittens for $1150, the contract stated that once I submitted full payment, (cost of the kittens and shipping), it was the seller's responsibility to deliver the kittens on time. I paid, then I got a text that there was an issue with the crates for shipping and I needed to check my email. I was given three options ranging from $2000-$7000 for the required shipping crates to keep the kittens safe. I responded that the contract was clear an even though it was refundable, it was his responsibility. After 24 hours of waiting, and deep research, I figured it out. It wasn't until I informed him that he may have taken my spending money, but I have airline miles and my next call to report his fraud was the FBI that he finally responded I would get me a full refund. I responded that he had five minutes before I submit this report as well as one with the BBB and the FBI. I already reported to the financial entity that we used and was told I can't get my money back unless he gives it to me. It's labeled as a family business, and he lies about a recently passed mother. All numbers are his and "family members that all work together". I have attempted every way possible to save the contract and upload it, but no matter how I save it, it doesn't show up to upload. That was an hour ago and now I have one bank account I used with a duplicate charge, and he has blocked me, and no refund!
