Taxes were never paid

I filed my taxes and paid this company a $37 processing fee on 03/07/2025. I just received a letter from the IRS regarding taxes owed, even though I made the full payment of $2126. I have an email from the company stating that the taxes have been paid, which they never did. I cannot contact them either.
