Lease Misrepresented After Zero-Turn Mower Was Switched

I signed a lease agreement on April 25th for a Z-Best zero turn, and I paid a down payment on May 4th for that zero turn. On May 6th I was told I couldn't get that zero turn. The vendor said he recommended a John Deere zero turn. I was very unhappy, so I said I guess so, as long as we got that lease redone. Well, they shipped the John Deere, and to this date, after a year of trying to get that lease changed for misrepresentation, there is still nothing. They can mislead you, the consumer, and they won't help you. So I have filed with the FTC and the Attorney General of Texas. I am going to take legal action if I can't get that lease rescinded.
