Unethical behavior

My name is David Shelburg, I am in my 50s with a heart condition and have had back surgery 3 monthes ago.

I came in to united nissan to discuss my end of lease options and was assisted by a salesman by the name of Chris cadot. i originally wanted to purchase the vehicle i had been leasing when the lease ended in march but he urged me towards buying a 2016 model nissan versa note s saying he could give me a great deal on it because it was last years model and was also the last one on the lot Chris said the car was new and since it was the same car i leased before i didn't feel it necessary to test drive it. Chris rushed me through the process which made me very anxious i then sat with a finance manager and even though i told him i had not planned on purchasing that exact day, and did not have my glasses with me (tri-focals) which i need to be able to read with he just kept pushing papers in front of me and urging me to initial and sign.by the time i left with the car, i noticed it had 2000 miles on it and had signs of use inside as well (dried soda spilled on the center Iconsole) dirty carpets etc. i called Chris and he said for me to come in at noon the next day and he would help me i came in to meet with mr cadot he had what he called a manager with him and was very rude and defensive right from the start. chris became upset at me he stood up abruptly and called me TRASH!! verey loudly and in front of alot of customers and employees then he challenged me to a fight as he stormed out of the building. all i did was ask him why he didnt tell me about the 2000 miles and that the car was actually a demo car?? i was stunned at this behavior and asked the other person we were sitting with if he could help me and he was speachless by mr cadots actions, soon after he became angry and departed when i asked him if i could begin filming the encounter on my phone camera which i did do. i am a loyal buyer at united and so are my parents and siblings not to mention 2 friends i reffered who alsao purchased vehicles from united.. i feel that your business is being mis-represented by this individual and after checking the better bussinesss bearou website i found other reports for the exact encounter and situation.. i can send you a link if you wish
