Cant able to withdraw my money

My name is Nagendra Singh and I am from India. Last day I had found money earning website named Thejobtasks.com. I had spend 24 hours to complete the task. After that Website says you had reached 300$ and you can withdraw your balance. But before withdraw request you have to complete survey. I had completed survey more than 2 or 3 times. But can't able to withdraw my money. Kindly do something hopeful and needful on this matter.
