Cannot withdraw earned balance after repeated surveys

Recently I found a money-earning website named Thejobtasks.com. I spent 24 hours completing the tasks. After that, the website said I had reached $300 and could withdraw my balance, but before a withdrawal request I had to complete a survey. I completed the survey more than 2 or 3 times but still cannot withdraw my money. Kindly help with this matter.
