Unauthorized withdrawal from debit card

I did not order or receive any products from them. This withdrawal was listed for 6/24. I have already worked with bank to get money back for 6/24 and even changed my debit card number. I don't want to keep getting these withdrawals! When trying to call the # listed on statement I get " no longer in service "
