My Grandfather gets letters from the Network 10624 s Eastern Avenue A-958 Henderson NV, 89052-2958 United states

There are stories in the letters about fortunes he will win, and crap about how he is a part of a secret network and if he reads a script he will be able to predict future events and win fortunes, cant be bothered to read all the shit, but it is AWFUL AWFUL. He is a vulnerable 90 year old who doesn't understand anything, he just thinks he gives money and he will be a millionaire.
What awful people live in this world.. Anyways just wanted to complaint and ask If I can get any more information on this. He gets many more letters also from a health group doing exactly the same, (if he paids money he gets health products and wins a forture).
I hope my complaint gets recognised and I hear from you
