Bronx teacher ripped me off

My old roommate, Oscar A. Gell, the lead singer of the band Dulces Pesadillas, ripped me off. He borrowed $3120 because he was involved with loan sharks and also, I purchased a couch for him cause he begged me that he would otherwise get in lots of trouble with his wife. He then lied to her and said that he paid for it. He has lied to everyone including his family and was even arrested for driving with an expired license. To date, I have received some of the money back from his mom, who felt bad he cheated me, but not all of it. Do not trust Oscar A. Gell from here to the corner.
