Moses and Kristen Johnson are clearly serial con artists advertising several web and app products as disruptive technologies. I was in the process of a startup and purchased 1 products from them called "MockBlox" with its App plus minor UI customisation development time. The invoices were quick to come through Skype under BangSupport Logo. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that there was something wrong as they started to add extra charges here and there; and most importantly, they did not deliver items that are critical to the usefulness of the website, the app and the related social media pages. So, I could not go live or use the website and app. Moreover, the delivery time dragged for weeks then months and they gave me no support or help in the configuration process as per the contract.

They are selling many products on Flippa and other sites such as YoobTV and Webjector.

We are in process of filing suite against them and any and all parties are knowingly or not, participating. They are currently in Orlando operating as BangSupport, Protospire, Synchpub etc.

Please beware and Stay clear of these con artists.

On April 30th bought a ready made website (MockBlox) from Kristen Terzian-Johnson of Protospire.com (address of 127 W. Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789 USA) with installation of the website to be done on my own webshosting pace. The purchase also included the Website's App and collateral social media pages and accounts.

So, we quickly agreed on a price that also included 10 extra video tutorials to be built and delivered as well as 30 day free support and handover including help with the configuration and the setup of the website features such as the payment process, the social media, the App, etc..

I also paid extra money for a slight cosmetic UI change to the landing page as further customisation.

Issues started when the delays started to go not for days on end but for weeks. Technical questions sent to Kristen by emails remained unanswered for weeks. Kristen also failed to attend without any warning our pre-agreed Skype meetings even after late apologies for the unprofessional behaviour. She did not attend any agreed Skype handover meeting. Nor did she send me the video files or promised documentation.

I was left on my own. No help was given to me to configure the technical settings of the website and the related App or related social media that came with the site.

When I started to complain, Kristen's tone became offensive and disappeared from my radar altogether. No communication so far.

So, I sent her an email letter threatening to seek legal help if she would not honor the contract immediately by handing over the remaining deliverables.in vain.
