Scam on jailbreaking Iphone 3g

I went online to try and unlock a IPhone 3gs. I found a website called Unlockjailbreaktool.com, it seemed like it was legitimate, but it turned out to be a fraud. I have asked for my money back several times now, and still haven't recieved it. I'm not sure what I should do bedside stay away from sites like this. I really need my money back & don't know how to get it?
