Unbelievable and disreputable! Tickets changed to inferior seats 5 days before event

I purchased tickets via internet for Warhorse in Philly. Original tickets with barcode sent o Nov. 5th. Good seats.
Day before thanksgiving told to destroy original tickets.
New tickets sent much inferior and ALL with blocked view.
Called today November 23rd and basically told too bad!
How can you do this to consumers!
