Ripoff, you win, you pay double and it isn't free Internet

I have tried unsucessfully to find to find and email address and a phone number or and a email to cancel, there is nothing to stop this. You don't win, and it says free, but you end up paying. I have instead been paying double for months. I need help to stop this, and to help others to keep from falling into this same trap.
