Ripoff charged me after I cancelled turned my acct over to a co that reports bad checks cannot reach them

I sent many e-mails and got no reply. I sent a notice of cancellation in the mail. I never got $50 starbucks card
They charged me anyway but I had already put stop payment on the auto debit at my bank.
They turned my account over to a company called certegy that handles nsf checks.
I have tried numerous times to get this straightened out. I am always ignored!
