This guy from NY is all over craigs list subcontracting out massive clowns cheap. I read a review and the lady said she looked up and saw he had the guy from the market that bagged their food making balloons. The only problem he could only make 1 thing, swords. He now is advertising other states also, thanks to google ads, you also can get just about anyone into your home handling your kids with no industry standard.
