Customer service team doesn't protect members from the sicko on the site

I have for over 7 months now reported to the customer service team numerious profile that my ex has created pretendin to be me.in this profile in the status he gives out my real name where work and has even given out my phone #. Ive reported this so many times and they do nothing. Ive even had some1 show up @ my place of business. What have failed to mention is that these profiles state that lookin for sex. He has puttin my life @ risk and airg has failed 2 protect me. I understand why or how come the customer service team ban who they do for no reason yet the ones that need to be banned
