Rude and Liars

I booked with a service called Stag Party over the phone in February for my friend's bachelorette party. We discussed pricing and how the bus worked for the rental for the night. I was pleased with the breakdown and decided to go ahead and book this service for June 2. After I made the reservation, I found it quite difficult to get in touch with them again to make some changes and their confirmation email stated, "All final itinerary will be sent by e-mail on the Tuesday before your event. Please do not call before this time". I found this to be a little odd but trusted that everything would be sorted out and they knew what they were doing.

I did get a confirmation from them on the Tuesday before the event with an interesting note on the letter stating, "Please have exact amount ready for the driver as the driver does not make change and have it ready upon boarding".
