Slow Delivery of Requested Movies

We used to be SO happy with Netflix but the last year has brought increasing, unresolved issues with them: movies listed as "long wait" never seem to get to us... They just stay as "long wait". I can understand this when something is new, but Netflix is not addressing its customer's issues if they do not make more copies of a film available within a reasonable time (say, 3 months). Seems like desire for profit will slowly kill this company.
