Poor food bad service

My friend took me to lunch yesterday at the cheeesecake factory in oakridge mall san jose ca. It was the worst food i have ever had. I had a half a turkey sandwich. The roll was so hard i couldnt bite into it. I didnt get my salad dressing for 20 minutes. My friend got a cuban sanwich. She asked fir it to be toasted and it was grilled. The waitress refused to take it back. The food is bad the service bad and we will never return or recommend this place to anyone. Thank you judith goldberg @bammajg1@att.net
