Lack of follow up - stubhub customer service

As a seller a buyer claimed i gave them invalid tickets. I first thought I made a mistake but after speaking with the venue And gathering evidence I realized I was being scammed. Stub hub 's follow up was brutal. Set numerous expectations on when I would be contacted and nothing. It's been 2 weeks now and nobody has contacted me. When I call they tell me no one can help me and I need to wait for a specific department to call. Complete lack of understanding their customers needs. Posting elsewhere in the future
