They take you money and phone call e-mails nad then lie to you and dont send the items to you

I order some dvd from the company 2 months ago. It took the 3 day to take my money and now it been 2 mo. And no dvd in the mail. They said 5 to 7 day delivery that was more than ok i wated two weeks and sent them e-mail got no responce, so sent them 5 more no responce then i look them up in the white papes on line and got a phone # had a guy return my call the next day that was 3 wek ago and said there be on door step in 3 day still wating since them i have spoke to 3 other people with the same promass nad stll 2 week later no dvd even had one tell me he send a tracking # and took my e-mail add which they have taken 4 time on the phone and have it in e-mails as well as the order. I have 2 phone # for them and even with that cant get them to do antthing, so dont buy anything from them
