Poor Service, Some great food, some food misses that could have been fixed by service - Dinner and Deserts

We have enjoyed many Cheesecake Factory meals across the country. I'm sorry to say this location cannot measure up to the standard of the chain. The three of us arrived early on a Friday evening; 5:15 and due to poor service were not done until after 7. We were able to order dessert TO GO by finding menus ourselves and being ready with our choice of cheesecake orders when our server finally came to by.

We ordered appetizers, which were excellent. Shrimp scampi, which was great. A small plate dish which was not, but was worth risking. One of us ordered a cajun chicken little without realizing it would essentially be a plate of chicken tenders, WITH NO SPICES WHATSOEVER. We tried repeatedly to catch the server. We gladly would have ordered another dish for our other guest. Our server never once returned during our meal. When plates were cleared with only one tender eaten, and I asked if that was indeed the CAJUN chicken because it seemed to be just plain, she just said yes and cleared the table. No manager about.
