I sold concert tickets via this web site company but have never received the money, they do not answer the telephone London, United Kingdom

I listed and then sold two concert tickets on the companies website as I was unable to go to the concert. They arranged for a carrier to collect the tickets and I was told payment would be made after the event. I didnt receive any payment so I checked on their web site. They claim they made a payment to me on the 30th January via paypal. I have spoken to Paypal and they have confirmed that no payment has been made to my account.

I have emailed Viagogo 3 times and each time i receive a standard templated reply saying payment will be made up to 10 days after the evdent. I have tried to call them 10 times and the longest time i held for 34 minutes and have never had my call answered. It appears that I have been ripped off to the value of 88.00
