Cinemadeals.com does not work the way it is advertised on the site. The only 2 tickets i was able to redeem were the 'free' ones. After that, all i got were errors every time i tried to use my credits.By the time i was too frustrated and wanted to cancel, i had already spent more money on the site than i would have at the box office.
The site manager cancelled my account without proper authorization after i sent one complaint email, did not offer an explanation for the malfunctions, and never compensated me for the unused credits. The customer service is non-existent, and the 'phone number' on the website does not work when you call it. This site is set up to make you fail and come out at a loss.
Don't waste your time. Take it from me and all the other bad reviews you'll find about cinemadeals.com on the net.
