Fraudulent Credit Card Charges (Cramming)

Complaint Description:
I purchased two tickets to see an Imax movie. Reference Number 388650213-873511983. The site said that they would be $11.00 each and would have a $1.00 Service Charge per ticket. That would equal $24.00 When I went to purchase it itemized these charges but with a total of $25. So I purchased the tickets and contacted them to let them know something was wrong with their site and to get the dollar back.

They said the extra dollar was charged to me because I came to their site from the IMAX web site so they charged me a dollar for this. No where was this charge disclosed. They would not refund me the dollar. That has got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. This is no different then the cramming that Cell phone companies did to their bills. They make it a dollar because they know it cost more time and energy to fight than the dollar is worth and figure they can get away with it from each individual, but make tons in the aggregate. I consider this a fradulant charge, and as such, illegal.

Desired Resolution:
I want my dollar back and a change in their practise that either removes this dumb type of charge or discloses it fully to the purchaser.
