I recently received a 12 dollar charge from reservation rewards. This is a promotional offer through buy.com, they offer a 10 dollar rebate for signing up for them. So I did so, but did NOT enter my credit card number. Apparently they like to charge for their 'service' without telling you, tell me, how is a 12 dollar fee justifiable for a 10 dollar rebate?
