Rip off

My daughter and a friend were planning a cruise trip to the bahamas with dynasty. They had to cancell their trip. I let them use my credit card.

This trip was charged to my account on may 31st they told me they could not credit my card, but they would give me a refund by sending me a check.

I called today and got no answer at all i decided to pull them up on the internet and i found this ripp off report. I had no idea it was this bad. Can you please help me get my money back. The total i paid was $397.95.
