Classy photo booths Classy Event Group employ bad DJs — owners don't care

I live in La Jolla and my friend from highschool got married this year — 2011. That was the good part. I was so excited for her and I was even her bridesmaid for the event. Unfortunately. She put her trust in Classy Event Group djs to MC the event. The other victim of these guys was certainly right about Nicholas. He DJ'd her wedding and he was awful. He made promises to my friend, the bride, that he never kept, and would sometimes not even bother to return her emails prior to the wedding date. Calling his boss, Peyton, was of no use. He made empty promises that Nicholas was on top of things, but she still never got a return phone call or email. On the day of her wedding. Nicholas was late and he also never performed a sound check — which is what they promise when they meet with you to sign the contract. They also never brought the promised number of microphones to the ceremony. When my friend tried to call to complain to Peyton, he only said, "There is NO satisfaction guarantee, so deal with it" and refused to do anything. I think it is great that people are starting to speak out against these people. My friend was hurt by the way they treated her wedding and how they treated her afterwards. These people at Classy Event Group really don't care about their customers. For over $2000 and for such an important event, you would expect them to be more concerned about doing things right, but they are not. And when they don't, they just point to the fine print of their contract which reads "no satisfaction guaranteed". That is how they get away with it. Very sad. When I get married, I will definitely not be going with them!
