I´ve introduced some activities in the shop. 5 pre owned and 2 pre order FIFA12. I ought to need to get the overall game in the shop on September 27 but I'd to obtain back again to Brazil (I'm not national) early since my mother has died. After I reached house in Sao Paulo, Brazil I named the shop and requested them to cancell my pre-orders and return me. They stated that they can´t. They said I have to get the activities in the store or cancell it personally in the shop. How might I actually do that? Do I have to purchase airfare tickets simply to spend me again $128.38 dolars???

I'm totally dissatisfied using the shop. The feedback quantity is 4A95Q-4QXWX I answed it but nobody phone or mail back?
