Bills Gambling Hall Scam - Don't believe them when they open a tab on your credit card and you pay cash

I am receiving charges for two bills that I paid in full in cash at the end of the night to the waitress. I am seeing that they have a scam going, they open the account on my card - then they are trying to charge me for the amounts I paid in cash. Double billing for services. I have ten witnesses who were with me, I have the promoter who set me up with the tables contact info, I have the waitress names and I have copies of the receipts.
This is a complete scam.
