$5 "discount" = $20 "monthly "membership." Beware.internet

As reported in complaint and other sites, one is offered a $5 discount on a DVD purchase that a enjoins a careless buyer (like me) into a $19.95 "Membership" to an entity called Best Brand Values.

You can cancel the membership via a phone call but you will have lost at least $19.95 (or significantly more if you are not diligent as I wasn't). I was told by "Fransisco" that by cancelling, i would loose the opportunity of continuing discounts when buying from Best Brand Values. I'd have to buy a lot of their crap to regain my loss. And, given the way i was suckered in, I sure wouldn't go back.
