Doesn't pay video editor, Steals time, Selling DVD without paying crew

I was hired to edit a documentary called "Nashville" with a rate of $100 per hour. She agree to that rate and we worked for 17 hours. I logged all the hours on a chart. An event was coming up so she needed to get copies of the DVD soon and she she that she would pay me once the event was over. She signed the invoice agreeing to pay me no later than a month. After a month I contacted her and she sent $50 when the total amount owed was $1700. I attempted contact her multiple times afterwards but no luck in getting any response.

She has been selling the DVD and making money off of it although I spent hours editing on the project and designing the DVD cover/Graphics. This took place in the summer of 2009.
