Rude and unhelpful managers

This is our last visit. We're fed up with grunts and moving of eyes from those who have evidently been there too much time to answer inquiries on Ariel beach towels.

Does Disney not educate its low-style park shop employees in courtesy? When the manager is frustrated by clients, Disney Shop, PLEASE obtain a new supervisor.

You're losing lots of company since we weren't the only real household who strolled out today in dismay.
