Ryan Roth offered to manage the production of a short film for my actress wife, saying he could do it for a fraction of the normal cost because he could "pull in some favors". He collected the $1200, and after providing no communication or services after two months, we informed him that we would have it produced locally in Arizona. Now after many promises of the return of our funds, he has only returned $900 after eight months.
