Steven E Kimbrough came to me for money to invest in his film production knowing the entire time that he would not pay me back, since he had other people who also were investing in the same scam and also did not receive a return on the loan. Since then I have heard about a number of other scams he is doing including going to business owners and getting money to produce videos and not delivering the product to them. Beware! This man is a professional con artist and will rip you off if given half a chance!
